Keshav is a registered lobbyist based in Sacramento, where he maintains a constant presence in the State Capitol—advancing legislation, navigating the budget process, and building coalitions to move complex policy priorities forward.

As a Director at Lighthouse Public Affairs, Keshav represents clients across sectors including higher education, land use, nightlife and entertainment, and state regulated professions. He brings a hands-on approach to advocacy rooted in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key leaders.

Keshav has quarterbacked successful bills, budget requests, and regulatory changes across a broad range of issue areas. His generalist approach allows him to engage quickly and effectively on any issue. Whether it’s individual bill advocacy, advising on regulatory strategy, or helping position regions for global events.  

Prior to joining Lighthouse, he managed regional public affairs and statewide digital communications campaigns for the California Apartment Association.

A proud native of Siskiyou County, Keshav earned his B.A. in History from UC Santa Cruz and his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
